They were working together but somehow Telus held back information from them ? Rogers mentioned that it is working with Samsung and other network providers (Telus and Bell I guess), so why didnt we get a fix just as fast as Telus. That number is alarming regardless as these tickets all relate to only the customers with a Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. Has anyone heard from the Telus users who installed the fix ? Is it really working ? If Telus had over 1300 trouble tickets, I wonder how many trouble tickets Rogers had. Glad to see the annoncement from Telus and releasing a fix as well. I transferred my number to my employer so this is technically their phone but if I ever get another, I really don't think I'll be coming back to Rogers and will definitely steer other people away. I know you don't see this money and I'm sure you would be just as mad if it happened to you yet you spout the same copy-pasted statement and we keep paying. We spend a considerable amount of money on our phones and when errors like this happen, we expect them to be fixed or be compensated. Guess what happened next? It updated and all the problems came back! This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a phone and carrier.
